Refund Policy

Failed edits

If an edit fails, times out or is refused by the safety filter, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for an image you did not receive.

Credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you used some and the results were unusable because of a fault on our side, email us and we will refund the unused part or the whole pack, depending on what happened.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time from the Account page (Manage billing); your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you forgot to cancel and have not used any credits from a renewal, email us within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund of that charge.

How to ask

Email support@image-to-image-ai-free.com from the address on your receipt and include the order number (it starts with ORD_). Approved refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Waffo, to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
